On Saturday March 16th we had our second qualifier tournament for the Western Canadian Championships. The event was again held at Mikes Billiards in Calgary.

 

We had a small but very competitive group and the action was fast paced using the 6 reds best-of-3 format.

 

Congratulations to our winner, Rodney Yim, who lost only 1 frame through the round robin portion before eliminating newcomer Josh Grant 2-0 in a hard fought final.

 

Thanks go out to the staff at Mikes for their help in making this event a success.

 

The Western Canadian Championships will take place in Red Deer, Ab. on April 6 and 7
